Customers may obtain a full refund at any time within the first 365 days of purchasing any of our products for any reason by emailing us at support@bjtutorial.com. Refunds will be provided by online means (such as, but not limited to, Paypal.com) or by personal check. BJTutorial.com reserves the right to ask our customers for feedback about the reason for refunding for the purpose of improving future editions of the product.
